Doris M. Marozzi passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday November 22, 2011. She was 85 years old. Doris was a lifelong resident of Burlington City, where she made a wonderful home for her family. It was a home where everyone was welcomed. Family and friends often stopped by for coffee and good conversation. She was a member of St. Paul’s R.C. Church and served on the altar rosary committee where she made many dear friends. She stayed home to raise her nine children and when her youngest son started school, she worked at Samuel Smith School as a lunch room aid.
She will be reunited with her loving husband Eugene with whom she was married to for over 50 years. She will be sadly missed by her children Lorraine Marozzi and her husband, Floyd Marcus of Marmora, NJ, Diane DiDomenico of Vero Beach, FL, Eugene Marozzi and his wife Luann of Riverside, NJ, Joanne Salamone of Surprise, AZ, John Marozzi of Daytona Beach, FL, Frank Marozzi of Beverly, NJ, Anna Seay and her husband Paul of Burlington, NJ, Trisha Burgess of Erial, NJ and Michael Marozzi of Burlington, NJ. Her grandchildren, Susan Garabics and her husband Mark, Joseph DiDomenico, Elicia Vanard and her husband Glenn, Matthew Marozzi and his wife Claudia, Michelle Kosower and her husband Chad, Nicole Busser, Kelly Salamone, Kevin Marozzi Farrell, Lauren Tomlinson and her husband Joe, Stephanie Seay, Paul Seay, Rachel Seay, Katelyn Seay, Jessica Burgess and her 14 great grandchildren will miss their Mom-Mom very much. She will be missed by her brother Frank Appleton, her brothers in law, Leroy Taylor, John Marozzi and Seddie Caro, her many nieces and nephews with whom she had a special bond and many cousins.
