Doris M. Hyatt, 98, of Anderson, passed away on February 2, 2013 at her care facility.
She was born on November 12, 1914 in Tipton County, Indiana and resided most of her life this area. Doris graduated from Kokomo High School class of 1932. She retired from Delco Remy and had also worked for the city of Anderson and Gospel Trumpet. She was a member of Park Place Church of God.
She is survived by nieces, Marcia Hulbert, Stacy Eades, Barbara Jones and Gina Watkins, nephew, David Armfield, three grandchildren as well as several great nieces and nephews. Also surviving is special friend and caregiver, Fernn Melton and special friend Bernice Shoot.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Hyatt, daughter, Stacy Hyatt, son, Thomas G. Hyatt and parents, Herbert G. and Lula Glenn Maggart.
