Doris Louise Greenawalt, 81, of Williamsport, died Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Sycamore Manor.
Born March 2, 1930 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of John P. and Letitia Long Coffey.
She was a graduate of Williamsport High School and retired from GTE Sylvania. Doris attended Newberry Church of Christ and she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading, and watching Jeopardy.
Surviving are a daughter Terry Johnson and husband Michael of Avis, step-sons Dennis Greenawalt (Mary) and William Greenawalt (Debbie) both of Williamsport, six grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and three siblings James Coffey of Hawaii, Shirley Springman (Richard) of Williamsport, and Donna Shafer (Richard) of Alabama.
She was and was preceded in death by her husband of William H. Greenawalt in 2007, four siblings Raymond, John and Charles Coffey and Martha Silvi.
