Doris Minnich Jablowski went to be with her Savior on September 4, 2023. She was 82 years old.Doris was the daughter of Paul and Helen Minnich, born in Tremont, Pennsylvania on November 15, 1940. Her mother passed away when she was fifteen months, and she was raised by her loving parents, John and Fredia Harring of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Doris was a graduate of the GAR class of 1958. She attended Wilkes-Business College and graduated from Pittston Hospital School of Nursing in 1962, beginning her work as an R.N. for forty-five years. She worked for over thirty-seven years at Sparrow Clinton Hospital, where she served in many capacities and developed many lifelong friendships.Doris enjoyed fellowship with family and friends, and at her church, St. John’s Lutheran Church in St. Johns.
