Doris Infinger Marchant, widow of Carlisle P. Marchant, entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 09, 2016.

Doris was born in Rosinville, a daughter of the late Peter Pinckney and Nellie Way Infinger. She attended Harleyville schools and was a seamstress with Carolina Girls Wear and BoCar in Bowman.  She was a member of Indian Field United Methodist Church where she was in the Christian Fellowship Class and the WSCS.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Sandra M. Byars and siblings, Elma Bazzle and Thomas Infinger.

Surviving is her son, Derrill C. (Jacki) Marchant and daughters, Nell M. (Rodney) Causey all of St. George and Sheron M. (Ricky) Steedly, Branchville; a sister, Evelyn Sineath; step-brother, William Earl Green; Grandchildren, Craig (Chris) Byars, Sandi (Richard) Wimberly, Terri (Richard Gruber) Infinger, Robbie (Angie) Infinger, David (Tina) Carroll, Jami (Lawana Kaye) Marchant, Dani (Mindy) Marchant, Bradley (Jessie) Steedly, Heather (Derek) Martin, Jessica (Eddie) Hewitt; Great Grandchildren,
