Doris Beard 93 of Clinton passed away at 11:25pm on August 31, 2013 in the
Clinton Gardens. She was born on Jan 14, 1920 in Paris, IL., to Oren Igo and
Hortense Lonsdale Igo. She had worked in the ASCS office in Newport. She
was a member of the DAR in Parke Co.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl Beard, a son Rex
Beard and sisters; Annabelle Stants, Julia Bitonti, Mary Wagner and Esther Dixon.
She is survived by a son Rick & Christa Beard of Clinton, Six grandchildren;
Chris (Debbie) Beard of Clinton, Michael (Cheryl) Beard of Middle River, MD.,
Jason (Jennifer) Myers of Hillsdale, April (Jason) Hay of Terre Haute, Eric (Heather)
Beard of Indianapolis and Jack Gates of Evansville and nine great grandchildren.
