Doris Evelyn Wainwright, age 81, a native of Jackson County, MS and resident of Irvington, died Tuesday, April 16, 2019 in a local nursing facility. She is prededed in death by her husband, Cecil Wainwright, Sr. a daughter, Shirley Fisher, and a son-in-law, Bennie Herring. She is survived by five children, Elaine (Jerry) Johnson, Patricia Ann (Jacob) Wiggins, III, Cecil (Nina) Wainwright, Jr., Charles (Maria) Wainwright, and Brenda (Clarence) Bosarge, numerous grandchildren, great grandchilden, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
