Doris Ulrich, 97, of Eagle went to be with her Lord on May 17, 2014.  She was born December 6, 1916, to Llewelyn and Laurel (Brown) Williams at Copperfield, Oregon, now known as Oxbow. She grew up in Oregon, then moved to Payette, Idaho with her parents and attended Payette High School for her Junior and Senior years, graduating in 1934.  After graduation the family returned to Baker City, Oregon.  

Doris married Fred Rutherford in 1936, and son Donald was born in 1938.  They were later divorced.  She married Leland Pirnie in 1946.  Lee was transferred to Boise, Idaho, in 1951, and Doris followed, transferring to Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph, later known as Mountain Bell.

Lee passed away in 1965.  Doris married Samuel Ulrich in 1969.  After she retired, she sold her home in Boise and moved to Eagle to his mobile home park.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, sister  Elsie, husband Leland Pirnie, granddaughter Diana Rutherford, and husband Samuel Ulrich.  She is survived by her son Donald and wife Cha Sun Rutherford, step daughters La Donna Wilkerson and Lorraine Wesely, Patricia Ruther ford, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and six step-grandchildren, and niece Laurel Hutchins.
