Doris Dorrow, 86, formerly of Bethlehem, joined her husband, Herb, in the nearer presence of her Lord on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. She and Herb were married for over 63 years until his passing in April 2017.
Born in Bethlehem, Doris was the daughter of the late Erwin and Cecelia (Bednar) Masteller. She was a Registered Nurse, and helped many people in various health care capacities during her lifetime. Doris was active for many years as a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she volunteered with Friendship Bible Coffee, Young at Heart, as a Sunday School teacher and as a Deaconess, and where she also mentored many women. She is fondly remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors: sons Dan Dorrow and his wife Joanne, and David Dorrow and his wife Heidi; granddaughters Nouelle, Liesel, Andrea and Natalie; 6 great-grandchildren; sister Marlene Kreidler and her husband Richard of Bethlehem. Doris was predeceased by her brothers Harold, Bob and Bill.
