Doris Carol Fortney 65, of Arthurdale passed away Wednesday July 20, 2011 at Monongalia General Hospital. She was born December 13, 1945 in Arthurdale a daughter of the late William and Augusta Radabaugh. Doris was a 1963 graduate of Valley High School and most recently worked at the after school program at the Community Presbyterian Church in Arthurdale.
