Cherished grandmother of Sam Hedge, Robby Hedge and Andrea Pederzani-Brown. Great grandmother of Conner, Sasha Piper, Gianna Brown, and Ashaley Hedge. Born in Plymouth on February 1, 1926 daughter of the late Robert and Angelina (Bessette) Armstrong. She was educated in Plymouth and was a graduate of Plymouth High School. Doris was a Hairdresser and had owned and operated her own salon in Plymouth. She was active with Catholic Charites were she volunteered many hours. Doris enjoyed sewing, quilting, doll making and dancing.
