She was born July 29, 1924 in Wolcott, Indiana, and lived in this area most of her life She retired from Guide Lamp Division of General Motors. S
he was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Anderson and the U.A.W. Local #663, also of Anderson She is survived by her two daughters: Jan Oldfield of Anderson, and Connie husband, Marshall McCord of Chesterfield; a sister, Iva Jean Halsema of Monticello, IN and several nieces and nephews.
Also surviving is a close friend, Karen Barnett She was preceded by her husband, Harold Oldfield, on January 6, 1990; parents, Harvey & Faye Hughes Scott; and six brothers, Everett Scott, Raymond Scott, Bub Scott, Clifford Scott, Homer Scott, and Glenn Scott .
