NEEDHAM, Donna, Of Kalamazoo, MI. Donna passed away early Monday morning, Aug. 3, 2009. She was born July 25, 1929 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Harry and Lucy Adams Allen. On December 31, 1947, Donna was united in marriage to Donald Needham. She was employed by Allen Test Products for many years until her retirement. Following retirement, Donna hand coiled guitar strings in her home.
Family was the most important part of her life and she loved spending time with her family and friends. Preceding her in death were her husband of 38 years, Donald; her parents; 2 brothers, Robert and Donald Allen; and 1 sister, Dorothy Lantis.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Kathy Lon Gerow of Kalamazoo and Tammy Claude Otten of Paw Paw; 6 grandchildren, Nathan Jessica Gerow, Christie Otten, Christopher Campbell, Tim Otten, Noah Jennifer Gerow, and Stephanie Campbell; 5 great-grandchildren, Mattie, Olasia, Marshall, Gramm, and Sophie; sister, Betty Gilbert Jackson of Kalamazoo; and several nieces and nephews.
