Donna Mae Dymacek, the daughter of Effie D. (Hagan) and Perry Edward Miner, was born July 7, 1925 at Guide Rock, Nebraska. She departed this life on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the Heritage Care Center in Red Cloud, Nebraska.

​A lifelong resident of the area, Donna grew up in the Guide Rock community and graduated from high school with the class of 1943. She was united in marriage with Gerald Robert Dymacek on October 4, 1945 at Alma, Nebraska.  They moved to Red Cloud to make their home in 1951. This union was blessed with two children, Royce Eugene and Debra Ann.  Donna was employed for a time as cashier and checker at the Food Mart Grocery Store and the Farmers Union Co-op..  Her husband, Jerry, died on March 2, 1990.

​Donna’s personality was pervaded by her genuine warm and sincere nature.
​Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Jerry; sisters, Doris Boyer, Thelma Stearns and Lorene Beauchamp.

​Left to treasure her memory are her children, Royce Dymacek and wife Robin of Tacoma, Washington; Debra Albers and husband Dan of Blue Hill, Nebraska; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her sister, Norma Jean Rasser of Red Cloud; nieces, nephews, other relatives and her many, many friends.

A memorial fund has been established by the family.
