Donna Mae (Grassman) Andrews, 81, of Great Falls, returned home to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, August 4, 2015.

She was born October 7, 1933 to John and Carrie Grassman. She was raised on a farm outside of Power, Montana. After graduating, she moved to Great Falls and worked at First National Bank. Donna met James E. Andrews in Great Falls and they were united in marriage on July 14, 1952. They celebrated fifty-nine years together before James was called home to his Heavenly Father in 2011.

Donna was a homemaker, busy raising their five children. She also worked outside of her home taking on diverse jobs; bowling scorekeeper, bookkeeper at various retail stores, waitress and cook. Donna was the manager of the lunch counter at Woolworth’s. She was also a volunteer at the Missouri River Manor’s canteen, assisting the residents with activities and sharing her love of crafts. When her children were younger, Donna was an active Den Mother in the Boy Scout program. In her free time, she relished time spent outdoors fishing and gardening.

She is survived by her five children. Diana (Charles) Himes; Kirk D. Andrews; Clay E. Andrews; Jace (Gail) Andrews; and Dion (Stephanie) Andrews. Donna also leaves 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

Donna will be missed by so many people whose lives she has touched.
