She graduated from Andover High School in 1972 and worked in the human resources department of Maritime Institute in Linthicum. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, and country line dancing.
Donna was predeceased by her father, Jennings Wootteon and her daughter, Tiffany Wilt. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Melissa Miller; her cherished grandchildren, Kylie Miller and Iyanna Johnson; her loving mother, Helen Wootteon; and her dear brother, Don Wootteon.
