Donna Lee Wilson, 55, of Francis, passed from this life on Monday, December 21, 2021, at her sister’s home in Hollister following a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Putnam County. Donna had worked at Palm Pharmacy for 5 years and later with Jain Hand Surgery Center for 10 years. Before her illness, Donna had been a caretaker for her mother. She enjoyed being a mother to her children, the beach, listening to music, watching sports (Gators/NASCAR), and trips to the Tennessee mountains. Donna was of Christian faith, loved the Lord, and had accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.
She is preceded in death by her father, Wyatt Lee Driggers.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Dean Wilson (Brooke Fuller) of Bardin and Ethan Wayne Wilson (Lauren) of Mannville, mother, Janet Driggers-Francis, brothers, Richard Driggers (Sherry) of Francis, and David Driggers (Shelly Thompson) of St. Augustine, sisters, Darlene Sweat (Jerry) of Bannerville, Kathy Siemiatkoski (Robert) of Silver Lake and Gail Smith (George) of Hollister, 2 grandchildren, Max and Jace Wilson and expecting Walker Wilson soon, very best friend, Pam Chancey of Bardin as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
