Donna Lee Blume, age 68, of Salem died Saturday morning, June 8, 2013 at the Hospice House in Poland. She was born May 28, 1945 in Niagara Falls, New York, daughter of the late Martin and Esther (Mullholland) Kennedy. She was a high school graduate and had been employed at Beverly Lanes as a grill cook. A brother, Kenneth (Shelly) Kennedy of Salem survives her.
