Donna L. Semigran, 64 of Toms River, NJ died peacefully on Monday November 29, 2021 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Donna was born in Staten Island, NY before moving to Toms River, NJ in 1999. She was the founder of Creative Chocolate and Design in Toms River.
Earlier in her professional career, Donna was an internationally award winning clothing designer for Nautica, Halston Designers, and Champion Apparel. Donna was a parishioner at Blessed Sacrament RC Church in Staten Island, NY.
Donna is predeceased by her parents Joseph Sr. and Nancy Parisi. Surviving is her husband Lawrence Semigran; her daughter Tina Tran and her husband Trung; her siblings Joseph Parisi, Jr. and Beth Martino; her grandchildren Quinton and Collin and her many adoring nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Donna showed her love through her delicious cooking and always went above and beyond to make everyone around her feel special. She was a gift to many and brightened our lives.
