She was born in Fort Wayne, IN, on May 8, 1928, to Blaine and Aurilla Dally.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Debbie) of Troutman; daughter, Theresa Folliard of River Grove, IL; three grandchildren, John (Heather), Daniel (June), and Martin Folliard; and three great-grandchildren, Mary Grace, Rebecca, and Grant Folliard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Folliard and her daughter, Patricia Folliard.
