Donna Jean Smithey passed away Sunday afternoon, April 17, 2011 at Baptist Hospital. She was 69. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, William Smithey. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Cindy Smithey and her adoring grandson, William of Navarre; brother, Danny Germany of Collierville, TN; sisters, Brenda Clevenger of Gulf Breeze, Shirley Jo Devlin of Greer’s Ferry, AR and her chosen family, Tom and Karen Dicus, and grandchildren Stacy, sandy and John of Clarksville, AR.
