Donna Jean Parrish was born to Donald and Teresa Parrish on November 21, 1961, in Indianapolis, IN.
She attended and graduated from Indianapolis public schools. She worked as a CNA starting at
a young age. She took care of her grandmother and other family members, continuing her work
in the healthcare profession as a home health worker. Before departing this life, she worked at
Westminster Village and private duty nursing.
She professed her life to Christ at an early age. Donna was so dedicated to taking care of her
residents and family that she would walk or catch the bus to help anyone in need. Donna
enjoyed being around family, shopping, keeping busy, and most of all, she enjoyed private duty
and nursing healthcare.
Preceding her in death were: her maternal grandparents, grandmother, Ludella Parrish, and
grandfather, Walter Coleman, father, Donald Parrish, and nephews, Keondre Brown and Elonte Cissell.
