Ms. Donna Gail Bannon, 74, of Newnan, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
She was born October 17, 1946, to the late Jim Bannon and Dorothy Waller Bannon. Donna grew up in Toronto, Canada, and was a 1966 graduate of Ontario Ladies College. She was a proud Eastern Airlines Flight Attendant for 26 years. Following her years as a flight attendant, she decided to take her passion for gardening and become a Master Gardener where she then used her knowledge of gardening to create beautiful landscapes at Art of Landscaping, formally known as Andy’s nursery for 20 years. She was a longtime member of Senoia Variety Club, a consistent animal rescuer, and was an expert on Guinness beer and red wine. Survivors include daughters, Brenda Lucarini of Toronto, ONT, Jennifer Hall of Newnan, GA, Erin Eggerton of Johns Creek, GA; Brother, James Bannon of Scarborough, ONT; grandchildren, Jonathan Lucarini of Toronto, ONT, Lianna Lucarini of Toronto, ONT, Adriana Lucarini of Toronto, ONT, Anna Louise Baker of Newnan, GA; Dottie Hall of Washington, DC; Jack Hall of Newnan, GA; Sydney Eggerton of Johns Creek, GA.
