Donna Marie Butikofer Clayton, 87, of Rigby, passed away April 23, 2017, at her home. Donna was under the care of Encompass Hospice of the West and her family.
Donna was the oldest daughter of four, born April 10, 1930, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Frederick Warner Butikofer and Ursula Lee Butikofer. Donna spent her childhood in Coltman, Idaho, where she worked alongside her father on the farm. Donna graduated from Ucon High School and married her lifelong partner, Jack Calvin Clayton on January 12, 1949, in the LDS Temple in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Together they farmed the family farms in both Coltman and Rigby for many years.
