He is survived by his wife, Myra Underwood; two sons, Donald Underwood Jr. and Christian Underwood all of Stuttgart, Arkansas; one sister, Jeanie Eagle of Stuttgart, Arkansas; two brothers, Marion Underwood of Cabot, Arkansas, and Odie Underwood of Seaton, Arkansas; and three grandchildren, Braxton, Cobe, and Bladen.
