Donald Lynn Walstra age 58, of DeMotte, IN passed away on Saturday September 18, 2010 in Michigan.
He was born on February 28, 1952 in Valparaiso, IN to Tillie (Boer) and John C. Walstra. Don was a 1970 graduate of Illiana Christian High School, Lansing, IL.
On February 27, 1982 he married Donna Kay Bovenkerk who passed away November 21, 2004. Don was a farmer and owner of Walstra’s Greenhouse for 40 years. He was a member of First Christian Reformed Church where he was in his 2nd term as Elder.
Don is survived by his loving children; Trent and Kristin Walstra, both of DeMotte, IN Brothers, Calvin (Grace) Walstra, Lombard, IL Glen (Joyce) Walstra, Grand Rapids, MI and Richard Walstra, Crete, IL.
