He was preceded in death by his dear parents, Donald W. Sr. and Glenna Shifflett; his sister, Rosemary Shifflett; his grandparents, Warren and Mary Shifflett; and his grandparents, Ordie and Juanita Robinson. Donald was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1960. He worked with PowerCon for 30 years of his life.
