Donald Rex “Don” Skinner, age 80, of the Liberty Community died Saturday, July 25, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospice House in Watkinsville, GA. Born in Marianna, FL on December 3, 1939 he was the son of the late Daniel Rex Skinner and Martha Talley. He grew up in Marianna, FL where he graduated from high school. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He married the former Michaelle “Mickey” Phillips and they moved to Greene County twenty years ago. He was a Teamster Representative for the Teamster Union Local 528.
