Donald Ray Brewer, 78, of Sheridan, Arkansas was born January 4, 1936 at Sheridan, the son of the late Alton and Gladys Walters Brewer. He was a retired instructor of Industrial Electricity at Mississippi Delta Jr. College. His greatest passion was playing Golf. He was formerly a member of Lake Village Country Club and Sheridan Country Club. Mr. Brewer died Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Crownpoint Retirement Center in Sheridan, where he was a resident. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Zeybel and a half-brother, Jack Brewer. Survivors include his daughters, Donna B., and husband, Terry McMinn of Clanton, Alabama and Brenda Brewer of North Little Rock; brother, Harold Wayne Brewer of North Little Rock; sister, Bernadine Dorsey of Sheridan; grandchildren, Stephanie Harris of Jemison, Alabama, Jamie Frost of Clanton, Alabama, Justin McGinty of North Little Rock; 2 step-grandchildren, Terri Ann McMinn and Nicki Lawley and several great grandchildren.
