Donald was born on July 31, 1959, in Fairfax, Missouri to Donald H. and Esther Maxine (Cook) Rowe and passed away on April 29, 2021, at the St. Mary Corwin Hospital in Pueblo, Colorado at the age of 61.
He attended school in Shenandoah, IA, Noel, MO, McDonald County High in Anderson, MO, Rock Port, MO and graduated from Bluejacket, OK in 1978. Don went on to work at Coca-Cola, Tom’s Vending, Aramark, and Wal-Mart.
Don was a member of the Monett Jaycees and Lamar Lion’s Club.
He is preceded in death by his parents, partner Lo Holcomb and two brothers, James and Rocky Ferdig.
Donald is survived by his children, Traci McDonald of Lamar, CO; Shawn (Meghan) Rowe of Columbus, KS; Cara (Josh) Osterloh of Pierce City, MO and Cassie Looper of Lamar, CO; eight grandchildren and siblings, Iva (Doug) Atkins of Anderson, MO, Jerry Rowe of Noel, MO, Eugene Ferdig, Donna (Rick) Clark, and Rita Livingston all of Bluejacket, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other families, and many friends.
