Donald M. Konen, age 82, of Yorkville, passed away Friday, December 10, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born March 6, 1939, in Aurora, the son of John and Frances (Mazon) Konen.
Donald was an avid fisherman, hunter, golfer and Green Bay Packers fan. He worked as a supervisor for General Mills for over 30 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Betty (Jones); children John (Diane) Konen of Dickson, Tennessee and Michael (Megan) of Montgomery, Illinois; grandchildren Ashley, Ryan, and Colleen Konen; and many other dear relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Gilbert Konen.
