He lived most of his life with his family in Whiteland. Donald worked as a Dental Technician for 46 years and was well known from many Dental Laboratories in Indiana. He loved his family dearly and his children Tonia and Donnie meant the world to him. He taught them love and it was passed down to all of his loving family. Love was very important to him, but he also loved laughing and being ornery.

He always had a funny comment and if he had “the look” with slit eyes, we knew he didn’t like something, but he always would put a smile on anyone’s face. He was a big dog lover; Schnauzer’s and Scotties. He had many throughout his life. His current dog, “Maggie Mae” was his pride and joy <3 He loved camping/traveling with Alan and family with many outdoor activities. Most all of his time was spent with his family.

Donald is survived by a family that loved him dearly; His spouse, Oscar (Alan\Alno) Weekly of 31 years. His daughter, Tonia Lynn Land (Wechsler) and spouse, Benjamin. His Son, Donald (Donnie) Lee Wechsler, Jr. and spouse Tammy.

Donald had 7 grandchildren; Tonia’s children, Dylan (26) and Madelynn (Maddi) (13). Donnie’s children, Brittany (27), Brandon (25), Logan (24), Liam (12) and Brylee (7). He has 7 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way. His Daughter, Tonia is soon to be a first time Grandmother. He will be missed dearly, we love you dad and we will be strong for you and raise our children, grandchildren from your love and dedication to us. We love you more than life dad, until we see you again, Love Tonia and Donnie. Don was my life, love, companion and support. Love, Alan. He was the core of our family and was a blessing to us all.
