Donald Keith Chapman, 53, of Westminster, died Thursday, August 20, 2015, at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Born Sept. 19, 1961 in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of Ethel Baylis of Westminster and the late Richard W. Chapman. Survived by his wife of 28 years, Cindy Chapman.
He graduated from Carroll Community College with honors and obtained a degree in Computer Graphic Design. He enjoyed playing computer games, grilling, science, astronomy and attending the Renaissance Festival.
In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by daughter Sandy Chapman of Westminster, sister and brother-in-law Laura E. and Rick Bulson of Richland, Washington, mother-in-law Joyce Frazier and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dawn and Michael Frazier, all of Brooklyn
