Don was born on March 04, 1966 to Dolores Rael-Tapia and the late John Ayon. He is survived by his brother, Dennis Ayon M.D. (Hawaii); his niece, Alyssa Valdez; his nephew, Donald Joseph Ayon-Youm; and his mother, Dolores. He is preceded in death by his brother, John D. Ayon, Esq.; maternal grandparents, Eusebio and Julia Tapia; and paternal grandparents, Heraclio and Prajedes Ayon.
Don was a very loving, charitable, compassionate, and outgoing person who was always willing to help anyone in need. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching football, basketball, and baseball games. Don enjoyed fishing and spent as many summer days as he could at the Colorado lakes fishing–he was also able to do some ice fishing once. He enjoyed the peace and serenity.
