DURHAM- Mr. Donald Joe Rigsbee (Donnie) 68 passed away Thursday October 18, 2018 at his home.
Donnie was born January 21, 1950 to the late Joseph Young Rigsbee and Hilda Matthews Paschall in Durham, NC. Donnie was a painter by trade and took a lot of pride in his work, he was a lifelong Duke Blue Devil fan. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren .
Donnie was preceded in death by his brothers Jerry Huffman, David Rigsbee and Ricky Rigsbee and his baby sister Lynda Honeycutt.
Donnie is survived by his companion of many years Carrie Lee Mulchi; a son Charles Joseph Williams (Little Joe); daughter Crystal Hunt Jones; brothers Randy Rigsbee, Joe Rigsbee (Wanda), Timothy A York (Stuart) of New York, and his grand children Samantha Jones, Taylor Jones, Devon Baublitz, Nathan Jones and Charles Joseph Williams Jr. (CJ).
He was truly loved and will be truly be missed, he had an infectious personality and a sense of humor to match.
