Donald John Kulowski, Sr., of Bristol, born on September 21, 1935, passed away on Sunday, March 8th, 2020 at the age of 84. Don, as he was most often called, proudly served his country in the U.S. Army ranked as Sergeant during the Korean War. He was the president and owner of the Century Pool Corporation of New Britain for 45 years. He leaves his wife and soulmate of more than 43 years, Holly C. Kulowski and four children; Donald J. Kulowski, Jr. and his wife Catherine; Richard Kulowski and his wife Maria, Stephanie Kulowski, and Nicholas Kulowski and nine grandchildren; Kyle Connolly, Matthew Kulowski, Anthony Kulowski, Andrew Kulowski, Alexander Kulowski, Donald Kulowski, III, Austin Greener, Cheyenne Greener and Nicole Kulowski. He also is survived by a brother-in-law Craig Grimord and his wife Shelly, two sisters-in-law, Lynndel Bartulis and her husband Ken and Patricia Kulowski and several nieces and nephews. Donald was predeceased by his father Frank, his mother Lucy and his two brothers, John and James.
