Donald J. Hataway, 68, of Rutland passed away Friday (February 12, 2016) at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Flanagan.
He was born November 22, 1947 in Miami, FL to Sally (Yates) Bashore. He married the former Roberta C. “Chris” Awlward on June 13, 1992. She survives.
He is also survived by his children: Donald “Donnie” (Amy) Hataway of Machesney Park, IL and Kimberly (Robert) Breedlove of Foley, AL; stepchildren: Mike Lindley of Pontiac, Angie Weaver of Pontiac and Jessica Ward of Bloomington; 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Donnell Hadley.
He had been employed by Local 150 Operating Engineers.
