Fountain Hills – Donald Tidd Sr, 92, of Fountain Hills, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2018 with his wife, Dorothy by his side. Donald was born September 11,1926 in Moravia, N.Y. to Edward and Loretta Tidd. He was one of five children. He served in World War II in Europe. Later he went on to earn his associates degree in electronics and retired from Eastman Kodak after 36 years. Donald married Dorothy on June 26,1954 and enjoyed 64 years of marriage. They were blessed with with three children: Donna, Diane and Donald Jr. Donald and Dorothy enjoyed skiing, golfing, fishing, working together and living on the water. Donald is survived by his wife Dorothy, brother Edward, children: Donna, Diane, Donald Jr and six grandchildren: Trevor, Lindsay, Megan, Derek, Ashley, Donald III. Donald will be remembered most for his caring, patient and loving manner in which he treated each person he met. More importantly, was his love and devotion that he expressed towards his family.
