Donald G. Smith, 73, of Montoursville, died Monday, December 27, 2010 at the Gatehouse Hospice.
Don and his wife, the former Dorothy A. Reeve, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on August 30th.
Don owned and operated Small Business Accounting and was an Air Force Veteran, serving during the Vietnam War.
Don was a member of the Christian Church at Cogan Station and was a former member of the Williamsport Rotary and the Potunk Masonic Lodge in New York. He enjoyed music, books and collecting coins and stamps.
Born September 21, 1937 in Williamsport, he was the son of Clarence and Reba Messner Smith.
Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters, Erin L. (Tom) Burdick of Collomsville, Andrea E. Booth and Jessica L. (Joshua) Billings both of Williamsport; brothers, David Smith of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Daryl Smith of Williamsport; a sister, Debra Waldman of Williamsport; six grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
Don was predeceased by a brother, Dixon Smith.
