Donald G. Richards, 63, of Upton, died Tuesday evening, April 19, 2016 in Milford Regional Medical Center after he was stricken ill at home. He was the husband of Annette E. (Saucier) Richards and had been the director of engineering for Milford Manufacturing Corp. for several years.
Don was born in Milford, a son of the late Donald L. and Jayne Richards. He was a graduate of Milford High School and proudly served as an avionics technician with the U. S. Marine Corps from 1971 to 1975.
In addition to his wife of 38 years, he leaves two daughters, Catherine and Meghan Richards, both of Upton; and his brothers- and sisters-in-law, Marie and Joe McMahon of Upton, Suzanne and William Irons of Mendon, and Stephen and Kay Saucier of Woonsocket, RI.
