Donald Eugene Rebrook, 81, of Clarksburg, passed away, Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Louis A. Johnson VA Hospital, following an extended illness. He was born in Harrison Co., WV April 13, 1932, the son of Zula Belle Hamrick Rebrook of Clarksburg and the late Charles Earnest Rebrook. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Georgia Olive Humphrey Rebrook. In addition three children survive; Jennifer M. Rebrook of Clarksburg, Donald James Rebrook and wife Angie and William C. Rebrook and wife Jonette; three grandchildren; Lexi, Taylor and Seth Rebrook; four siblings; Robert E. Rebrook and wife Mary of Parkersburg, Nancy L. Lewis of Clarksburg, Judith Sue Grove of Broak Oaks and Bradley P. Rebrook and wife Sarah of Clarksburg; one brother-in-law; Ronald Huffman of Broad Oaks and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his father Mr. Rebrook was preceded in death by five siblings; JoAnne McIntyre, David L. Rebrook, Gloria “Charlene” Radcliff, Jerry C. Rebrook and Connie J. Huffman. Mr. Rebrook was a glass worker, having worked for Roland Glass and then retiring from Forco Glass. Mr. Rebrook was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he held the position of Gunner Seargeant during the Korean War. He was a member of the VFW post 2345 and American Legion. He loved to fish and was an avid collector of antiques.
