Donald Dwain Phillips, 84, of Boerne, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
Donald Dwain Phillips was born March 1, 1937 in Lubbock, Texas to Amelia Jackie Phillips. Don was ambitious and driven from an early age. As a child he learned values and strict discipline from the Fiddler family in Cain City, Texas. Not long after, living in Wahiawa, Hawaii he sought out the Jiu-Jitsu art of fighting from Jacinto Limbaga to merely survive walking from home to the school bus every day. He became very tough very early on and carried that fighting spirit on until the end of his days.
He is survived by his son, Darrel Phillips; his brother, Jack Myers; and his nephew, Brian Myers.
The family would like to express their gratitude towards ice cold beer and all his closest friends through life who knew how to have a good time.
