Donald Douglas “Doug” Crawley, 66, Greensburg, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2011, at the Hooverwood Jewish Nursing Home in Carmel. Born, on January 30, 1945, in Greensburg, Indiana, he was the son of Donald E. and Mary Alice (Barnard) Crawley.
He was the owner of Indy Professional Cleaning in the Indianapolis area. He graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1963 and then attended both Indiana State and Butler Universities as a music major. He played the trombone and was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts.
He is survived by one sister, Mary Ann Crawley, Greensburg; his close friend, Larry Doll, Carmel; aunts and uncles, Joe and Jackie Swagman, Florida, Cora Crawley, Greensburg, Ruth Wilhoit, Greensburg; several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
