Donald L. Bell, 59, of Ringgold, died Tuesday, January 13, 2004, in a local hospital. He was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and was a retired Chemical Technician. Mr. Bell was a coin collector. Survivors are his wife, Anita Bell; daughters, Jennifer Kidd, Ringgold, Amanda Bell, Ringgold; brother, Herman Bell, Sourlake, Texas; sister, Betty Eller, Chattanooga; grandchild, Haley Kidd.
