Dona A. (Vickery) McLaughlin of Plymouth formerly of Ashland died peacefully on August 24, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Earl F. McLaughlin. Loving mother of Earl McLaughlin, Jr and his wife Karen of Franklin, Colleen OBrien and her husband David of Framingham, Raymond McLaughlin and his wife Denene of New York, David McLaughlin and his wife Terry of Plymouth and Kevin McLaughlin and his wife Tere of Plymouth. Sister of Robert Vickery and Jacqueline Dyer of New York. Cherished grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 13. Born in North Adams on July 6, 1927 daughter of the late Edward and Adelaide (Holt) Vickery. She was educated in North Adams and a graduate of North Adams High School. She had worked as a Switchboard Operator for many years prior to retiring and moving to Mashpee and then her final years were in Plymouth. Dona enjoyed reading, playing cards, crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
