age 81, of Trussville, AL passed away on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013. He was a member of Roebuck Plaza Baptist Church. He served as a Certified Public Accountant for over 50 years before retiring. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Shirley Wiggins York; parents, John Urlic York and Lucy Burns York; sister, Carolyn Bean and brother-in-law William Bean. He is survived by his sister, Peggy Fry (Jack); nieces and nephews: Margaret Titman (Sheridan), Charles Fry, Susan Green (Jimmy), Hal Wiggins, Nancy Tipton (Bill), Curt Jarvis (Christiana) Claire Tavel (Tim), Howard Kress (Michelle) and Brad Kress (Beth).
