Mr. James Donald “Don” Hudson, 74, of Five Points, AL passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.
Survivors include his wife, Jan Hudson, daughters, Kathy (Skip) Kendrick of Lanett and Elizabeth (Barry) Scruggs and a son Eric Hudson both of Lebanon, TN; best friends, Mickie Givorns and Linda Hudson; five grandchildren, five step-children and seven step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bud & Grace Hudson and his sister, Linda Roach.
Mr. Hudson was a lifelong resident of the Valley area. He was an avid University of Alabama football fan. He loved racing and was a member of First Pentecostal Church in LaGrange.
