Don Morris Hood, age77, a longtime resident of Boerne, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Feb. 4, 2008. Born on Sept. 26, 1930, in Taylor, TX, he was the son of Homer Isaac and Annie Barrington Hood. A 1949 graduate of Brackenridge High School, he attended Trinity University and graduated from Abilene Christian College in 1955. He was a veteran of the USAF, serving during the Korean War. He married Bobbie Ruth Bone in 1953.
