WINSTED –MCKELVEY – Don D. McKelvey, passed away August 22, 2014. Born in East Hartford in 1941, son of the late Jacob McKelvey and Lauretta McKelvey. Don was a former employee of the State of Connecticut, Dept. of Transportation, retiring in 1999. He leaves his wife, Linda Kittredge McKelvey of Winsted; daughters, Arlene McKelvey of Marlborough, CT and Laura McKelvey of Preston, CT; granddaughters, Alexandria, Abbey, Sabrina and Katrina; brothers, Jan (Barbara) McKelvey of Colchester, CT and Barry (Bette) McKelvey of East Hartford, CT.
