Dolores T. Schnalzer, 80, of Lower Saucon Twp., died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the loving wife of Edward L. Schnalzer for 60 years. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Martha (Albin) Davenport. Dolores graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in 1948. She worked as a billing clerk for the Lehigh Valley Railroad for 26 years, then later for Conrail for 14 years, until retiring in 1990. She was a member, choir director, and played the organ for Fraternity of St. Pius X in Clearfield and St. Roch’s R.C.C. in West Bangor for the traditional Mass, as well as, playing many years for Fraternity of Pius X R.C.C. ordinations of Priests at Oyster Bay, NY. She is also a member of St. Stephen’s of Hungary R.C.C. in Allentown. Survivors: in addition to her loving husband, she was a devoted mother and grandmother survived by sons David and his wife Jodi of Bethlehem, Ronald and his wife Megan of Towson, Md., Kevin and his wife Rose of Lower Saucon Twp.; brother Edward Davenport and his wife Sonia of Clinton, NJ;. grandchildren Michael and wife Arianne, Kaitlin, Marissa, Jessica, Christopher and wife Angel, Nicholaus, Luke, Benjamin, Ryan, Samantha, Jacob, and great-granddaughter Kaydence. She was predeceased by her grandson Jonathan.
